What this website is
This site describes the services Quantum Home Cares, LLC offers and gives you a way to reach us. It is information, not an offer of care and not a contract to provide it.
No care relationship until we agree to one
Sending a form does not make you a client. We take care relationships on only after we have spoken with you, assessed the situation, confirmed we can staff it, and put a written service agreement in place. That agreement, not this website, governs the care we provide.
We are a non-medical provider
Nothing on this site is medical advice. We provide non-medical home care. We do not deliver skilled nursing services such as wound care, injections, or IV therapy, and nothing here should be used to decide about anyone's treatment. Talk to a physician or a licensed clinician about medical questions.
In an emergency, call 911. This website is not monitored around the clock, and a form submission is not a way to get urgent help.
Using the site
You agree not to:
- Submit false information, or someone else's information without the right to share it.
- Use the forms to send unsolicited advertising.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site.
- Copy the site's content for a competing commercial purpose.
Information you send us
When you send us details about another person, whether as a family member or as a referring professional, you confirm you are entitled to share them. What we do with what you send is covered in our Privacy Policy.
Our content
The text, photographs, and design on this site belong to Quantum Home Cares, LLC or are used with permission. You may read and share pages, but please do not republish the content as your own.

Some pages link to outside organizations, including the resources we gather for families. We offer those links to be useful.
