Privacy Policy
Quantum Home Cares, LLC respects the privacy of the families, professionals, and job applicants who contact us. This policy explains what this website collects, why, and what happens to it.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us. There are three forms on this site.
Care requests from families
Your name, phone number, email address, and whatever you tell us about the help you are looking for.
Referrals from professionals
Your name, organization, role, and contact details, along with the details you provide about the person you are referring. That can include their first name, their general location, the kind of support they need, and when care should start.
Job applications
Your name, contact details, the role you are applying for, the work history document you upload, and anything you write in the message box.
Health information. A care request or a referral often includes details about someone's health or living situation. We treat that as confidential, share it only as described below, and ask that you send us only what we need in order to respond.
How we use it
- To respond to your request, usually within one business day.
- To assess whether we can take a case, and to plan care if we can.
- To evaluate job applicants and arrange interviews.
- To keep our own records of who contacted us and when.
We do not sell your information. We do not rent or trade it. We do not use it to advertise to you, and we do not send marketing email to people who contacted us about care.
Who else sees it
We use a small number of service providers to run this website and our business. They only receive what they need to do their job.
- Netlify hosts this website and processes form submissions.
- AxisCare is the client management system where care inquiries are recorded.
- Google Analytics and Ahrefs tell us how the site is used.
- Userback collects feedback about the website itself.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or where we believe someone is at risk of serious harm. Caregivers and staff see only what they need in order to provide care.
Analytics and cookies
Our analytics tools use cookies and similar technology to count visits and understand which pages people read. This tells us about traffic patterns, not about you personally, and we do not use it to build a profile of you. Most browsers let you refuse cookies or delete them, and this site works without them.
How long we keep it
We keep care inquiries and client records for as long as we are providing care and for a period afterward, so we can answer questions about the care that was given. Job applications are kept while the role is open and for a reasonable period after. Website analytics are retained on the schedule set by the analytics provider.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us and we will respond. We may need to keep some records where the law or our own recordkeeping obligations require it, and we will tell you if that is the case.
Children
This website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
Form submissions travel over an encrypted connection, and access to what we store is limited to the people who need it. No website can promise perfect security, and we will not pretend otherwise.
Changes
If this policy changes we will post the new version here and update the date at the top of the page.
